If I were Kovac, however, I would be warier of what Hertha Berlin can bring to the table.
A quick look at the table would tell you that it would be foolish to make Bayern Munich vs Hertha Berlin predictions that favour the guests. They are struggling to find consistency in their performances, and their last five games have alternated between victories, draws, and defeats.
However, it is important to point out that Berlin have only lost two games less than the league leaders. The team based in the German capital can definitely hang with the best of them, keeping up with teams like Dortmund, Wolfsburg, and Hoffenheim. Unfortunately, their latest draw happened to break records. Werder Bremen’s Claudio Pizarro just became the oldest player in Bundesliga history to score a goal by denying them the three points.
Berlin have a player they can count upon for goals and hard work, though. Ondrej Duda is leading the team in goals scored and will be the key man for Berlin to succeed again versus their Bavarian opponents. Valentino Lazaro and Marko Grujic must also put in the work to help their number 10.

It’s impossible to even imagine Bayern Munich dropping points against Hertha Berlin at this point of the season. They are firing at all cylinders and will be eager to impress. I’m pretty sure that they will win against Berlin, but they shouldn’t be able to build beyond a three-goal gap.
It’s also possible that Berlin could pull off another miracle and win 2-1 away from home. Given their battling performances recently, anything is possible with Dardai’s team. The underdog lover in me is personally rooting for Berlin to pull off the upset.
