It was another action-packed night of NBA action in which saw not one but two buzzer-beating game-winners!
Nemanja Bjelica’s long-range bomb broke the Houston Rockets’ and their home fans’ hearts while giving the Sacramento Kings a much-needed road win.
Meanwhile, Derrick Rose turned back the clock and hit a clutch MVP-calibre shot to lift Detroit Pistons past the New Orleans Pelicans.
But of course, there were seven other games that SBOBET NBA fans got to enjoy, so let’s go over how all of them played out.
LA Clippers 110-99 Indiana Pacers
Despite the absence of Kawhi Leonard and some poor shooting from their stars, the Clippers still pulled off a comfortable 110-99 road win against the Pacers. Paul George had a rough shooting night, going just 10-of-26, but he still put up 36 points against his old team.
Lou Williams (six points, 2–19 FG) also struggled, but Montrezl Harrell picked up the slack with 26 points and eight rebounds off the bench for the Clips.
Cleveland Cavaliers 88-110 Boston Celtics
The Celtics extended their winning run to four games with a dominant home win over the struggling Cavaliers, who’ve now dropped seven in a row.
The star trio of Kemba Walker, Jaylen Brown, and Jayson Tatum starred with 22, 20, and 19 points, respectively. But even bigger NBA 2019 news for the Celtics was the return of Gordon Hayward.
The veteran forward had 14 points, five rebounds, and four assists in 26 minutes in his first game back after suffering a broken hand last month.
Sacramento Kings 119-118 Houston Rockets
Nemanja Bjelica sank a clutch 3-pointer from over 30 feet away as the Kings defied the NBA 2019 odds and picked up a huge road win against the Rockets. Russell Westbrook had given the Rockets a two-point lead with one second left, but Bjelica would break the home crowd’s hearts with his incredible shot.
Bjelica, who finished with 17 points, was one of six Kings in double-figures. Buddy Hield led the way with 26 points, while Harrison Barnes added 19.
Westbrook finished with 34 points on a very efficient 13-of-17 shooting, while James Harden had a relatively quiet 27 points.
Orlando Magic 101-110 Milwaukee Bucks
Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Bucks extended their amazing winning streak to 15 games with a routine home win over the Magic.
The reigning MVP had another dominant display with 32 points, 15 rebounds, and eight assists to lead the Bucks, while Khris Middleton added 20 points and nine rebounds in just 29 minutes.
Evan Fournier had 26 points in a losing effort for the Magic. The French guard has had a fine start to December, averaging 25.6 points in his first five games.
Detroit Pistons 105-103 New Orleans Pelicans
Derrick Rose delivered the dagger into the hearts of the Pelicans as his fadeaway jumper as time expired gave the Pistons the win.
The former MVP finished with a team-high 21 points off the bench, while fellow reserve Langston Galloway delivered 16.
Brandon Ingram had another great game with 31 points, but it wasn’t enough to snap the Pelicans’ losing skid, which is now at nine games.
Toronto Raptors 93-92 Chicago Bulls
Pascal Siakam’s 22 points were enough to guide the Raptors to a close 93-92 victory over the Chicago Bulls.
It was an ugly game with both teams struggling to shoot. Neither squad shot over 40 per cent, while they combined to go just 19-of-75 (25 per cent) on 3-pointers.
Zach LaVine had a team-high 20 points for the Bulls, who have now lost three games in a row after picking up their first winning streak of the season.
Minnesota Timberwolves 109-125 Phoenix Suns
The Phoenix Suns picked up their biggest win in quite a while as they thumbed the Minnesota Timberwolves at home.
Devin Booker, Kelly Oubre Jr., and Dario Saric combined for 70 points as they outdueled the Wolves’ dynamic duo of Karl-Anthony Towns and Andrew Wiggins, who had 56 of the team’s 109 points.
The struggling Wolves have now dropped five games in a row and seven of their last nine games.
Oklahoma City Thunder 104-90 Utah Jazz
The Utah Jazz’s recent struggles continued as they were thumped, 104-90, by the Oklahoma City Thunder.
The Jazz have now lost six of their last eight games and have lost two out of their last three at home. They were also handed a 25-point beat down at home by the Lakers the other night.
Sixth man Dennis Shroder starred with 27 points for the Thunder, while the starting backcourt of Chris Paul and Shai Gilgeous-Alexander combined for 36 points.
Memphis Grizzlies 110-102 Golden State Warriors
The Warriors returned from their five-game road trip on a sour note as they fell to fellow strugglers, the Memphis Grizzlies.
Rookie point guard Ja Morant lit the Warriors up for 26 points, while Dillon Brooks and Jaren Jackson Jr. added 17 and 16 points, respectively.
D’Angelo Russell had another rough shooting night as he finished with 18 points on 6-of-22 from the field. Alec Burks also had 18, while big men Willie Cauley Stein and Draymond Green combined for 33 points and 11 rebounds.
