Minnesota’s loss to Washington after leading as much as 13 points reflects their defensive inconsistencies. It remains to be seen what Wolves team we will see in New Orleans; nonetheless, the Pelicans should prove to be a tough nut to crack after taking down the likes of Thunder and Spurs last week.

This one should be an interesting battle between two bottom teams. Brooklyn have found ways to win despite the absence of their two best players, while the Mavs have shown a much-improved defence in their recent games.
