What was supposed to be a great win for the Houston Rockets over the Los Angeles Lakers turn ugly after Chris Paul and Rajon Rondo got into a heated argument.
The game has been highly physical throughout, and things got chippy in the payoff period when James Harden shoved Brandon Ingram during a play. Ingram, who clearly didn’t like what Harden did, pushed the reigning NBA MVP.
Ingram’s teammates then separated him from Harden in order to avoid any more trouble. However, as it turns out, there’s another storm brewing on the court.
Rondo and Paul exchanged punches after the Ingram-Harden incident, with the Lakers’ veteran allegedly spitting on Paul’s face. The Rockets’ All-Star guard retaliated and poked the eyes of Rondo, which then turned into a brawl.
LeBron James and other players acted as a peacemaker, but it didn’t help that Ingram joined the fight and threw a punch as well.

Paul, Rondo and Ingram were all ejected after the ruckus, and the NBA is reportedly reviewing the incident, with punishments reportedly set to be handed out soon. As usual, current and former NBA players who watched the commotion expressed their reaction and opinion on Twitter — some of which are serious and some are just hilarious. SBOBET compiled the list below:

Meanwhile, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Jordan Clarkson—who spent almost two years with Ingram in Los Angeles—showed his support to Ingram and even said in a now-deleted tweet that the 21-year-old’s quiet demeanour doesn’t mean he won’t stand up for himself and his teammates.
bi i love you lil bro

Here’s a tidbit from former Laker Metta World Peace too.

Fans and NBA media didn’t let themselves get left out and offered their reactions as well.

It remains to be seen what punishment will the NBA give the players involved, but NBA Twitter certainly had a field day.
